All clinical reports are written by the Speech Pathologist.

• Comprehensive reports provide a complete clinical analysis and overview of the individual’s presentation and skills.

• Summary reports provide just an overview of the individual’s presentation and skills.

• NDIS reports (can be referred to as a review report) are required by the NDIA to support access and funding requests.

• Letters of recommendation /support are usually required by organisations like the NDIA and DVA as evidence for access to specific funding requests, such as specialised resources or assistive technology, etc.

• Various referral organisations and referral pathways often require organisation-specific reports be completed.
